You\u2019re able to reschedule your appointment and transfer your deposit at any point before 24 hours prior to your appointment.<\/li><li>Unfortunately, if you don\u2019t reschedule before 24 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit will be non-refundable. Failure to appear for your appointment without giving any notice, your deposit will also become non-refundable.<\/li><li>\u00a0Cancellations must be made before 24 hours prior to the appointment. Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your appointment with more than 24hrs notice.<\/li><li>\u00a0A deposit ensures commitment for both parties. We ask for 20 kd at time of booking which will go towards the final price of the jewelry (ie &#8211; if the jewelry you choose is 60 kd, you will pay 20 kd when you book online and 40 kd in-store).<\/li><li>Notify us as soon as the breakage happens and how it happened, we are more that happy to relink.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OUR POLICY Rescheduling is totally acceptable!
